I come from a corporate background, so I understand what it’s like to drag yourself out of bed every morning for a job when your body feels like it’s falling apart. For years, I pushed through the fatigue, pain, and emotional overwhelm—until I realized something had to change.

In my mid-20s, the weight crept on. Slowly at first, and then all at once. I remember seeing photos from a night out and thinking, How did I get here? A few years later, as a bridesmaid in my cousin’s wedding, I turned to one of the most well-known diet programs—because I hated cooking and thought convenience would finally solve it.

I lost a few pounds, then hit a wall. No matter what I did, I couldn't break through. At the same time, more symptoms started showing up: chronic pain from scoliosis, IBS, Psoriasis, a weak immune system, anxiety, iron deficiency—you name it. I was always sick. Always exhausted. And no doctor could give me real answers.

Finally, a family friend recommended a holistic doctor who ordered a food allergy test. Turns out, the foods in that convenient diet program were actually causing inflammation in my body.

Everything shifted when I was introduced to essential oils and essential oil-infused wellness tools. I started creating daily rituals that supported my healing—addressing root causes, reducing toxic load, easing emotional stress, and helping my body find balance again.
