How to Cancel Your Young Living Loyalty Rewards Order

Follow these simple steps to cancel your Loyalty Rewards order without losing your points.


Visit www.youngliving.com and log in to your Young Living account.




How to redeem your points:
  • Look for products with a small flag icon next to the PV on the product page. These products are eligible for points redemption.
  • You can redeem products up to the total amount of points you have available.
  • Add the products you want to your cart.
  • During checkout, you will see an option to redeem your points before processing payment.


Cancel Your Loyalty Rewards Order

After redeeming your points:
  1. Go to your Loyalty Rewards Order.
  2. Under Order Summary, you will see two options:
    • Process Date: Change the date of your order
    • Cancel Loyalty Order: Cancel your Loyalty Rewards order
Click Cancel Loyalty Order to complete the process.



Restarting Your Loyalty Rewards Order Later

You can resume your Loyalty Rewards order at any time by creating a new order template.
Please note:
  • Your points balance will start at zero.
  • Points will begin accumulating again after your first new order is processed.
